Our consular services operate by appointment only. You can schedule your appointments for consular services such as passport, identity card and visa application online through e-Appointment and Visa-On-Web
How does e-Appointment work?
You make an appointment through the appointment system and choose a particular service. You will receive a confirmation e-mail. Note that the service you request must match your actual intention, otherwise your appointment will be cancelled.
If you make an appointment for a visa application, first fill in the visa application form on Visa-On-Web. After that, you can use the case number (VOW...) to schedule an appointment via e-Appointment
